We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us first at rcinvest1@outlook.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

- Final sale or discounted items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement item is to place a new order. In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for faster resolution.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must still be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
